• A 100% Welcome Bonus will be automatically credited to your Live Casino Bonus Balance after the deposit, up to a maximum of €200.
• The Welcome Bonus then must be turned over 40 times in the Marathonbet Live Casino. After that, the remaining Live Casino Bonus Balance will then be credited to your main balance and be available for any product (Casino or Sport) or for withdrawal without restrictions.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available for new customers who are making their first deposit, and existing customers who have not made a deposit before 01:00 GMT+1 on 12/11/2020. All repeat registrations connected with, or belonging to, other users will not qualify.
2. This promotion will run from 01:00 GMT+1 on 12/11/2020 until 01:59 GMT+2 on 16/04/2021.
3. To receive the 100% Welcome Bonus, you must first register on marathonbet.es, or have an existing account on which you have not made a deposit, and then make a first deposit of at least €10 using the promo code Mblces200 during the promotional period.
4. A 100% Welcome Bonus will be automatically credited to your Live Casino Bonus Balance after the deposit, up to a maximum of €200.
The Bonus amount depends on your first deposit amount, for example:
• if you make a deposit of €10, you’ll receive a €10 Bonus;
• if you make a deposit of €100, you’ll receive a €100 Bonus;
• if you make a deposit of €200 or more, you’ll receive a €200 Bonus.
5. The Welcome Bonus awarded will be based on the value of your first qualifying deposit when entering the promo code. Any subsequent deposits will not result in any additional Bonuses being awarded.
6. The Bonus Balance will be made void if you make a withdrawal from your main balance without fulfilling the turnover requirements and the remaining balance is less than the Live Casino Bonus received.
7. For the turnover requirements, the Bonus received must then be turned over 40 times in the Marathonbet Live Casino. After that, it will be credited to your main balance and be available for any product (Casino or Sport) or for withdrawal without restrictions. For the Bonus turnover, only bets placed from the main balance will be considered, as well as percentage of the staked amount, based on the weighting for each game type, as displayed in the table below:

8. Opposite bets, that is bets simultaneously placed on both red and black, odd and even or equivalent scenarios, as well as any other combination of bets which cover 70% or more of all numbers on the roulette wheel, will not count for the purpose of this promotion.
9. The Welcome Bonus will expire fourteen days after being credited to the account. The turnover requirement for the Bonus funds must be met within fourteen days of the Bonus being credited to your Live Casino Bonus Balance, otherwise the remaining Bonus Balance will be void.
10. The number of promo codes may be limited.
11. Marathonbet reserves the right to cancel the Bonus or void any entries that have violated the Promotion Terms and Conditions or Marathonbet Rules.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The beneficiaries of this, or any other promotions of Marathonbet Spain, S.A., must be, as established by current legislation, over 18 years, and should not incur any of the prohibitions that, to participation in games, lotteries, betting, and correlatives, includes such legislation. Marathonbet registration (and, therefore, the use of this promotion) will not be valid for those who don’t qualify in the above. 2. Late, incomplete or other ineligible entries will be disqualified.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with, or contribute to, any other Marathonbet offer or promotion.
4. For promotions where there is a requirement to place a qualifying bet, one bet can be used as a qualifying bet for one promotion only. If a particular bet placed would meet the qualifying criteria for more than one active promotion, then it will be allocated to a promotion based the on following priority: Entering of a Promo Code > An ‘order’ placed in the Marathonbet Club > Receipt of offer email > Nearest closing time of promotion.
5. Entries made by customers that are self-excluded or have restrictions on their Marathonbet account cannot take part in this promotion.
6. Customers who participate in this promotion accept and agree to be bound with its Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of marathonbet.es (in particular those which make up the Gaming Contract). Thus, if any disagreement occurs between any of the Terms and Conditions, these will always prevail.
7. These Terms and Conditions do not grant or entitle any third party, not being able to enforce what stipulated in them. Marathonbet shall not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, including but not limited to, false or misleading statements, made by any third party with whom Marathonbet may be or not contractually associated with.

9. There is not cash alternative to Free Bets or Bonuses which are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
10. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and valid during the promotional period. Marathonbet will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.
11. Free Bets and Bonuses shall be awarded only upon compliance with the Terms and Conditions of this promotion and in accordance with applicable law. If Marathonbet considers that any entrant has acted illegally, fraudulently, or not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions in entering this promotion, they reserve the right to refuse to award that entrant the Free Bet or Bonuses.
12. Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud to the extent permitted by law, Marathonbet and any of its associated companies and agents deny any and all responsibility and liability arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the awarding of Free Bets or Bonuses beyond Marathonbet’s control.
13. By entering this promotion, you agree that Marathonbet and any associated companies may use information detailed in any marketing or customer relationship management campaign. If, when setting up your account you indicated that you do not wish to partake in any marketing activity these Terms and Conditions do not override that decision. 14. 15. Entries that do not fully comply with these Promotional Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

17. The modification or termination will always be made due to causes outside Marathonbet, which include from problems with third parties to legislative changes that require it.
